Brief glimpses of the painted dog

After having to fight our way through a traffic jam in Kruger last weekend, caused not only by enthusiastic observers but the dogs themselves, splayed across the tar, these are just a glimpse of the dogs we got as we moved past the sighting. Not a great experience of the dogs but a reminder of their beauty, and their precarious survival.
